Stay Away At all cost. Definitely dodgy
I ordered a t-shirt and vinyl back in September 2016. It was shipped at end of October to my friends address in Atlanta and following the tracking it said it was delivered... but it wasn't. she lives in a secure building with concierge who confirmed no package had arrived for her. I made a complaint with merchnow who said they would have to look into it with the post office. Until then I had to sit and wait no offer of resending items while they looked into like most good companies do. In December I still hadn't heard back so I emailed again, and again it took a few days for them to reply, saying they had heard back from the post office who confirmed they had delivered it, (what else would they say), they said that happens a lot but now they'd had an answer they could re-ship my items if they were still in stock or refund me. I asked for them to re-ship as the shirt was ltd edition, they reshipped in January, a month later still nothing, I hadn't been giving a tracking number. Again emailed them and a few days later they replied saying they had shipped it on 6th january and here is the tracking number. UPS said it was out for delivery on 7th January but no further updates. Eventually we discovered they had returned it to sender, merchnow told me this was because it was an invalid address I had provided.. But it was the same address they had used before (remember when they claimed it had been delivered but hadn't). Anyway I asked for a refund and they would only refund the items not the shipping as they had already shipped it twice, once out of their own expense.. Im sorry what....
