With promises of 3 day shipping, A hefty shipping fee, and having spent over $150 you would think Merchnow 's customer service would be a top priority, 5 days later still no email notification or shipping notice. Merchnow Even Gives you the option to call them and perhaps arrange a rush order in dire circumstances! What could go wrong? After 5 days i decide to call them and to no suprise after many calls still no answer, Bottom line merchnow honestly needs to get there shit together, your the top website when "band merch" is googled, Atleast live up to your standards and fulfill your shipping promises, or make room for another, more reliable website to be the hit google search THat will actually fulfill the consumers needs on time, thanks.
