Poor customer service - For Today, Prevailer album pre-order


I have never been so poorly treated by a company in my life.

First, I pre-ordered an album that was delayed. It came in to their warehouse 2 days ago and still hasn't shipped. I was also supposed to recieve a digital download link 3 days ago, and never got it.

I have sent several emails, and no response. I have called their hotline, and it just rings endlessly with no answer.

We're sorry to hear about this issue. As far as we know, all the digital download emails went out a while ago. There were a handful of CDs we were waiting on from the record label, but the vast majority went out on time. If you would be able to provide your order number, we will investigate your order.
