issues on TWO separate occasions.


About 6 months ago I pre ordered the go radio bundle, which I received 3 weeks after the release of the cd. When I contacted support, they said it was because the pop up paper speakers weren't ready yet. When I received my package, I noticed that they were not in there, so yet again I emailed support. They said that do to manufacturing problems, they'd be sent later and I'll receive an email when they do. In November, I got an email that said they had shipped. After a month of them not arriving, I emailed support and never got an email back. Then FINALLY I received them around the 17th of January.

Now, for the second issue. My boyfriend ordered a t shirt a month ago, and we still haven't received it. For the last 3 weeks it says it has been shipped, but despite numerous emails and calls, we have not been able to get a response from anyone.

Is this any way to run a business?!

Even though they have great merch and preorder packages, I will NEVER order from this company again.

Let me first start by saying that we are very sorry for the inconvenience. The delay on the speakers was unfortunately due to a manufacturing delay. Fearless records did finally send the items to us, and they were then immediately shipped out with an extra quantity of 2 to make up for the delay.
